By inviting Davio to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and Discord’s Community Guidelines. If you disagree, refrain from using the bot.
2. Bot Usage
- License: Davio is provided free of charge for non-commercial Discord server use. Commercial use requires prior written permission from the developer.
- Commands: Follow the prefix

and use commands responsibly. Spamming, abuse, or exploiting bugs may result in blacklisting.
3. User Responsibilities
- Compliance: You must adhere to Discord’s Terms of Service and ensure your server members do the same.
- Prohibited Actions:
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access to Davio’s code or data.
- Using Davio for illegal activities, harassment, or spreading harmful content.
- Manipulating Economy systems (e.g., virtual currency) for unfair advantages.
4. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: Davio’s code, branding, and content are owned by David (

). You may not redistribute or claim ownership of the bot.
- User Content: Data you provide (e.g., server settings) remains yours, but Davio may process it to deliver services.
5. Disclaimers
- “As Is” Service: Davio is provided without warranties. Downtime, bugs, or data loss may occur.
- Third-Party Risks: Hosting on astro-hosting.net means uptime depends on their infrastructure.
6. Limitation of Liability
The developer (David) is not liable for:
- Damages from bot misuse, crashes, or security breaches.
- Loss of virtual items (e.g., Economy currency) due to server removal or bot updates.
7. Termination
- By You: Remove Davio from your server at any time.
- By Us: We reserve the right to block access to users/servers violating these Terms.

9. Governing Law
